Participants should confirm their attendence and pay the registration fee ($150) before May 1, 2012. The fee can be paid by credit card here.
The deadline for oral abstract submission has passed. Those interested in attending the meeting but not presenting a talk are welcome to enter their details below and (if applicable) poster abstracts. If space is limited, preference will be given to earlier submissions.
