The
Southern California Center for Galaxy Evolution (CGE) is organizing a
two-day workshop to bring together faculty, postdocs, and graduate
students from the Southern California area to discuss current topics in
galaxy formation.
This is a first in a series of workshops to be held to promote interaction and collaboration among the five southern UC campuses
(Irvine, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, and Santa Barbara) as well as other nearby institutions including JPL, Caltech, Carnegie Observatories, and Northrop Grumman.
